Seems MTNL personnel are demanding repatriation to DoT by writing a letter indicting present situation arising out of untold conditions in option.

Here, in BSNL, even told conditions are not honored as evident from Sebp'00 Cabinet Note contents that is in circulation got through RTI route.

Why not we also take similar path with legitimate claims to wind up BSNL and annul option due to faltered assurances.

With even pay not expected when to be paid, what is the fun in running this company?

With Assns / Unions not acting on this and concerned on unimportant agenda, members may stop subscription deduction through pay. They want to hold Office bearers to answer and act to save all and this PSU.

PRC is simply a canard and now timely payment also to follow suit???

Deputationists' Assn has appealed for their repatriation and we are keeping quiet means none can save??

Seniority lists circulated by BSNL CO and calls for DEs to raise any anomaly on placement of individual senioity.

Executives are not able to verify and compare this list to conclude discrepancy due to non-availability of recruitment year against every Executive in every list.

Seems obviously that these lists are not as per Catch up rule as directed by Apex Court.

Can the Associations raise this issue so that lists are appended with yr of Rect and circulated again please

Seniority List(s) are circulated by BSNL. This is for the cadre of SDE.

This is extremely extra-large and contains all our ancestors. This is circulated and discrepancies are sought for all (those who are affected). There is no more list???

Zero to 5% improvement on weightage commits Addl Secy, DoT.

When BSNL is the service arm, affordability clause does not arise, even then no sign of acceding to 15% means grit determination against us.

Only way left out is not to compromise below 15% to hold on rural service offering service arm stuffed on us.

Also, let us go in for 5G Spectrum demand and not 4G

Present situation in BSNL is alarming. Deducted GPF contributions are not remitted to Govt Account. Severe fund crunch has put us as defaulters of paying Electricity Bills, Property Tax and other bills of purchase in many Circles.

Indifferent attitude by Assns / Unions to members has become common with office bearers becoming silent and unapproachable.

Why they are so is appalling. Seems membership subscriptions constantly flow without any hindrance directly from deductions from pay to the union account. Previously, when membership was personally collected by office bearers, members were briefed. Now, no chance for such personal interaction, members are not able to vent their grievances.

To correct this situation, membership deduction from pay is to be discontinued. Hope everyone agree this point. Think and act

It is updated that DoT wants fresh proposal for 3rd PRC from BSNL.

When CMD informed in writing that BSNL can meet 15% fitment as recommended in 3r PRC, DoT is having concern?

Let it make BSNL viable by compensating losses for rural service and by returning due amount of excess pension contribution right from 1.10.2000. Let Assns / Unions corner and demand in this fashion only to achieve

Not only rural operation compensation, Balbirji.

DoT has been contributed on highest side of pay scales right from 1.10.2000. This amount if evaluated, is very much significant enough for BSNL to meet 3rd PRC comfortably.

Now, news in rounds is that DoP&PW is blocking CDA pension for retirees in the lines of 7th CPC.

So, it is evident and Departments are well determined to deny any benefit whatsoever for us.

So, assurances given for career and financial benefits in PO are totally diluted.

Seems no other go except Option must be demanded to be annuled to ensure that no loss to us, jointly by all Assns / Unions.
