Some few facts about CPSU Hierarchy implementation, as felt and feared by majority of Executives:

Abolished SDE and DE / AGM posts rather than filling them with those eagerly waiting for years together for promotion.

Introduction of two posts viz., Sr. SDE / Sr. AO and Jt. DGM that is sure to prevent promotion to near vicinity of DGM or so called JAG post by none of promottees.

Non-implementation of Apex court ruled seniority revision to 147 Executives and safeguarding their status by upgrade of every one to ensure their non-reversion despite facing contempt.

Possible and immediate notification to fill DGMs from recruitment.

Contravening other Association demand that CPSU Hierarchy must commence from SDE cadre,it is only from DE / AGM cadre. Other Assn claims that many facts are not made public

Pending court cases on seniority are cake walked by implementing CPSU Hierarchy.

Possible denial of E6 TMB upgrade to Executives who are in E5 as of now and awaiting TBP by Oct'19.

When Sep'18 is the joining date of latest promoted DEs / AGMs, implementation is CPSU Hierarchy implementation cleverly and deliberately earmarked as 1-7-18, many of them will be denied even to reach Jt. DGM by their date of assumption of charge as Regular STS. Their upgrade as Jt. DGM is in question and will be delayed or postponed to Jan'19. This will affect them.

What is the yard stick of getting upgrade to Jt. DGM (NF) is not clear. Some say it as 4 year regular as STS and some say it as Regular STS with service of 31 years. Truth is not known or kept secret deliberately fearing filing of court case??

No Association is coming out with clearly as to whether CPSU Hierarchy, amidst pending court cases / implementation of verdict on seniority issues, how can it be unilaterally implemented by June'18 itself?

Seniors who are only few years away from retirement and on having waited and stagnated only to reach up to SDE / DE / Adhoc DGM, are going to be affected by implementation of CPSU Hierarchy.

Only few issues, as given above are submitted; many more prevails and / or yet to creep-in when it gets implemented, will it really shake the career progression of Executives to ultimately? or to result in none to work or reach as DGM in either Adhoc or regular status i.e., to only retire as Jt. DGM (NF).

Executives to be made NF forever and in any Cadre by CPSU Hierarchy? Time only will tell.

As Management is conducting DPC for SDE SL 6&7.But in SL 7 LDCE quota for vy 2001-2002 is not included.Pl do needfull for this.

What is the latest news about Cabinet Note moot by DoT? No update.

All Assns to pursue this on priority as day by day we are loosing financial benefits with increasing cost of living. Implementation is to be from Jan'17 with 15% weightage is to be ensured.

When FCI and AAI have got in time, why not for us?? Assns put more and consistent efforts to achieve this please. GSji pl.

Apex Court upheld the ENK HC ruled seniority revision for 147.

But, committee is formed to examine and decide. What an act of buying time!?!?!

CPSU Hierarchy demand escalated with vested interest to protect sole soul is being held up but still this Assn pursues in vein.

Seniority bunglings committed till date is pressurized to be corrected claims other.

With CPSU hierarchy to be finally approved by DoT before it is taken up for implemeation is much clear now.

But none comes out with what is the comment of DoT? Can it be assumed that DoT ruled to get all seniority related issues, including 147 revision, must be resolved?

SDE RR 2002 amenmended wef 28.08.2015.Only LDCE 2015 passed
Executives will be benefitted.What about 2002,2007 and 2012 LDCE passed executives.

Its crystal clear that seniority revision of 147 Court verdict will not get implemented till CPSU cadre hierarchy gets implemented.

It is also very clear that entire thing is done jointly to protect most favored choicest person(s).

Seems contempt case hearing only can fix and resolve.

Belief on TU is waning for they work not for principle but to work only on / for their principle interest

Promotion is not useful for promottee cadres with Adhocism made to continue so that optee seniors retire only as STS in substantive grade.

JAG and higher posts are not meant for people like you (hope you are one among senior promottee).

Shortage bothers only promottees and superior unabsorbed work happily with hefty per day pay beyond thirteen thousand plus and absorbed continue to rot with till date denied 3rd PRC.

This apart, another heart burn is that Central Govt employees are to get automatic pay revision beyond 5 yrs.

Is it correct for us to have opted only based on false hopes??
